Lacrosse loses to №2 Lindenwood

Missouri Western lacrosse went on Sunday to tackle №2 Lindenwood. The score was 13–19 with Lindenwood winning. They didn’t go down without a fight. They started out in the lead 4–1 with Porter having six saves and her teammates followed this while Karlin York had two of the four points in the first half. After halftime Lindenwood took over taking the lead 10–5. Although Missouri Western didn’t come back with a win Madison Brady led with four goals while York and Jordan Chughrue had three each. Madison Landolu scored as well with two goals while teammate Alex Shaffer found the goal one. Porter had 15 overall saves at the net. Missouri Western’s lacrosse next game is April 23 and they will take on Maryville at St. Louis.
